　　產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì) Features and advantages

　　1、產(chǎn)品為復(fù)合型結(jié)構(gòu)。外殼為隔爆型，內(nèi)裝線路板為本安型。

　　The structure of product is complex type. The enclosure is flame-proof type, and inner circuit board is intrinsical safety type.

　　2、鑄鋁合金外殼，鋁合金牌號(hào)為ZL102。采用先進(jìn)的“高溫一次壓鑄”成型工藝，壓鑄產(chǎn)品表面光滑，金屬結(jié)構(gòu)組織細(xì)密，外殼內(nèi)部無氣泡、無砂眼，抗沖擊性能好，產(chǎn)品外殼防爆性能明顯提高，且產(chǎn)品上有模具直接壓制而成的性防爆標(biāo)志及商標(biāo)。

　　ZL102 die-cast aluminum alloy Enclosure. After adopting advanced technique, the die-cast enclosure has the features of glazed surface, compact metal structure, no air bubble and sand hole inside the shell, and impact resistance. The explosion-proof capability of enclosure has obviously improved, and there is permanent Ex mark and label pressed directly by mould in the product.

　　3、產(chǎn)品通過拋丸機(jī)進(jìn)行表面強(qiáng)化清理等技術(shù)處理后(消除表面應(yīng)力、使產(chǎn)品表面獲得一定的粗糙度的光度表面、增強(qiáng)涂層吸附能力、確保涂層質(zhì)量)，采用國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的高壓靜電噴塑工藝進(jìn)行表面噴塑及同行業(yè)中的全自動(dòng)烘干流水線設(shè)備，塑層附著均勻且附著力強(qiáng)，防腐、抗氧化、日照性能明顯提高，大大優(yōu)于噴漆工藝。采用全自動(dòng)工藝且在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)時(shí)間上大大地提高。

　　After the product is treated with surface intensify clearing etc. technique by shot-blasting machine(eliminating the surface stress, enabling the product surface obtain a luminosity surface with certain roughness, enhancing the absorption capability of the coating, and ensuring the quality of the coating), and domestic advanced high-pressure electrostatic plastic-spraying technique and the unique full-automatic drying pipeline equipment in the same industry is adopted, the plastic coating is attached symmetrical and has strong adhesive power. The features of corrosion-proof, oxidation resistance and sunlight performance are improved obviously, which are much better than paint-spraying technique. Full-automatic technique is adopted and the production time has improved greatly.

　　4、外殼為螺紋隔爆嵌密封圈結(jié)構(gòu)，防爆性能高，防護(hù)等級(jí)達(dá)IP65。線路板進(jìn)行本安防爆處理，具有高的安全級(jí)別。

　　The enclosure is thread flame-proof structure embedded with sealing washer with good capability of explosion-proof. And the degree of protection can achieve IP65. Circuit board is disposed by intrinsical-safety explosion-proof with high safety class.

　　5、玻璃罩采用鋼化玻璃燈罩，抗沖擊，防爆性能好，透光率高達(dá)90%。有紅、黃、藍(lán)等多種顏色可選。

　　Toughened glass lamp cover is adopted, with good capability of explosion-proof, and the light transmittance has achieved 90%. And be equipped with guard net cover, which adopts plastic-sprayed technique after galvanization, with strong corrosion-proof performance. Stainless steel net cover can be supplied according to users’ request.

　　6、所有外露緊固件均為不銹鋼。

　　Allthe exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel materials.

　　7、鋼管或電纜布線均可。
