1、 設備用途：

本設備依照GB/T6553－2014《評定在嚴酷環(huán)境條件下使用的電氣絕緣材料耐電痕化和蝕損的試驗方法》標準規(guī)定和DL/T810-2002《±500kV直流棒形懸式復合絕緣子技術條件》的要求，針對絕緣材料的交直流流漏電起痕試驗設計，適用于橡膠、塑料等電工絕緣材料的斜面法交直流漏電起痕試驗。

2主要技術參數(shù)

2.1  交直流兩用高壓試驗電源

2.1.1交流高壓輸出

1) 電壓0～6kV可調(diào)，頻率48~52HZ，額定容量5kVA, 

2) 對5路試品同時供電，每路的額定電流≥0.1A

3) 當其中1路電流達到60mA并持續(xù)2s時，試驗裝置輸出電壓降≤5%。

4) 當其中1路電流達到60mA并持續(xù)超過2s時，試驗裝置保護動作自動斷開所有高壓輸出。(只斷開當前組,其他繼續(xù)運行)

2.1.2直流高壓輸出 

1) 電壓0～7kV可調(diào)，額定容量5kVA；

2) 對5路試品同時供電，每路的額定電流≥0.1A

3) 當電壓為4.5kV其中1路電流達到60mA、0.5s時，試驗裝置輸出電壓降≤5%。

4) 當其中1路電流達到60mA并持續(xù)超過2s時，試驗裝置保護動作自動斷開所有高壓輸出。(只斷開當前組,其他繼續(xù)運行)

2.2  設備動力

工作電源：AC 220V；6kVA

2.3  污液供給和控制系統(tǒng)

1) 污液供給采用5臺微量泵進行獨立控制，滿足5路試品同時試驗。

2) 微量泵的流速設定和顯示通過觸摸屏實時顯示，微量泵流速控制精度要求≤0.02ml/min。

3) 提供微動泵的校準方法。

According to standard GB/T6553-2003/4.1.2, the voltage applied to the specimen (2.5k V, 3 5K V and 4.5K V), and with a certain velocity dropsbelow 60mA in the current contamination, persistent 6H but flow is through;
